2nd Annual Higman Civic Awards
The 2011 Higman Civic Awards ceremony will be held on Tuesday, March 29 at the Village Hall, Holy Cross Parish. Peace Hearts Circle immediately follows.

The Higman Civic Awards is an annual recognition of special members of Our Mesa Neighborhood, who have, at various times and in various ways, volunteered selflessly, generously and with dedication their energy, time and effort, as well as, physical and material resources to our community, that helped enable visions for the Mesa to gradually become reality.
Conceived in late summer 2009, the Higman Civic Awards is an opportunity for neighbors to appreciate the inspiring work of these special neighbors, perhaps, motivating others to follow along the same path of community spirit and fervor for the common good.
The Awards is named after Jim and Sue Higman, our iconic neighbors from Braemar, who unhesitatingly committed to support this yearly recognition as part of their enduring legacy to our neighborhood.
